The development of innovative strategy of engineers and skilled workers training quality control (hereinafter - future specialists) in educational professional organizations on the principles of social partnership. Methodology. Theoretic: theoretic and methodological analysis, polytheoretic synthesis and modeling. Empirical: research and generalization of the system, process- and competence-based approaches application experience, experiment, observation, surveys, expert evaluation, SWOT-analysis as a strategic planning method ,which identifies the factors of internal and external (socio-cultural) environment of organizations. Findings. The strategy of the training quality control development process in educational professional organizations has been created based on the analysis and synthesis of the quantitative specification of the quality, experience obtained and success in the future specialists training control in educational professional organizations in recent economic and educational conditions. Originality. We have built the predicative model of future specialists training quality control that meets modern standards and the principles of social partnership. The learning process control algorithm has been developed in accordance with the ISO quality standards in terms of implementation of the process approach in quality control systems (matrix-based responsibility, competence and remit of those responsible for the education process in educational organizations. The problem areas and diagnostic tools for assessment of the future specialists' vocational training quality have been determined). The promising directions of innovation in the future vocational training quality control have been determined. We substantiated the parameters for comprehensive analysis of state of the system that ensures training quality on the basis of procedures for self-examination and questionnaire survey. The system of improvement of the technology ensuring vocational training quality has been developed. The mechanism of the future specialists training quality control system implementation in professional organizations has been specified. Practical value. Application of the results in educational practice may improve the effectiveness of the future specialists training quality control system innovative development in educational organizations. | ||

Ilyushina // Український терапевтичний журнал. - 2016. - № 1. - С. 19-24. - Режим доступу: http://nbuv.gov.ua/UJRN/UTJ_2016_1_5 Мета роботи - визначити серцево-судинний ризик (ССР) у жінок з гіпертонічною хворобою (ГХ) на тлі постхірургічної або ранньої фізіологічної менопаузи та його можливу корекцію гормональною замісною терапією (ГЗТ), яка призначалась для запобігання посткастраційних симптомів. У дослідженні взяли участь 112 жінок з ГХ II стадії, 1 - 2 ступеня, середнім віком (46,14 +- 1,60) року, яких було розподілено за 3-ма групами: перша група з ГХ - постхірургічною менопаузою, яким не призначали ГЗТ; друга група з ГХ - постхірургічною менопаузою, яким призначали низькодозову комбіновану ГЗТ; третя група з ГХ і ранньою фізіологічною менопаузою. Після комплексного обстеження у всіх пацієнтів визначено ССР з використанням шкал SCORE (стандартна шкала), SCOREHDL, SCOREBMI, SCORE з урахуванням даних ультразвукового дослідження судин, а також шкал PROCAM, FRAMINGHAM, DRS, IRIS. Встановлено, що розрахунок ССР за шкалою SCORE з урахуванням даних ультразвукового дослідження судин покращує виявлення дуже високого ССР до 83,8 % у першій групі, 5,4 % у другій і до 13,1 % у третій. Визначення атеросклеротичних бляшок у сонних артеріях у 5,4 % у другій групі змусило відмінити ГЗТ і перейти до використання адаптивних негормональних препаратів. Розрахунок кардіометаболічного ризику за DRS і IRISH у всіх групах виявив високий ризик розвитку та подальшого прогресування цукрового діабету 2 типу з максимумом у першій групі. Висновки: ГХ на тлі постхірургічної й ранньої фізіологічної менопаузи без ГЗТ пов'язана з виникненням дуже високого серцево-судинного і кардіометаболічного ризику. Призначення ГЗТ може запобігти як розвитку ССР, так і цукрового діабету. | ||

Strategic management model for the development of vocational training in higher education establishments. Methodology. Theoretical: theoretical and methodological analysis, theoretical modelling and designing. Empirical: experience generalization in the application of the system, activity, competency, synergetic and cultural-based approaches. Findings. There has been developed a conceptual model for strategic management based on the vast experience analysis and generalization for management training of future specialists in higher education establishments. Originality. In accordance with market demands, a conceptual model of strategic management for professional training of future specialists is developed, which decides the challenge of increasing the quality of highly qualified personnel training in higher education establishments more efficiently. It presents the methodological basis for the theory and practice of strategic management training of specialists. It also gives the characteristics of structural and substantive basis of the model of strategic management in higher education establishments. Managerial and pedagogical conditions of effective strategic management training are developed, including educator instruction and managerial support in higher education establishments. Thus, an attempt to justify the strategic management training in higher education establishments enriches the theory of management training of modern specialists. Perspective directions of changes in the training management system in higher education are defined. Practical value. The results obtained in educational and industrial practice will improve the effectiveness of innovative development of highly qualified specialist training. The study records can be used in practice for designing modern control systems, and developing the training and professional refreshment of administrative and managerial staff at the university. | ||

Rul' // Физика низких температур. - 2017. - Т. 43, № 1. - С. 132-142. - Режим доступу: http://nbuv.gov.ua/UJRN/PhNT_2017_43_1_17 The negative-U impurity stripes confining the edge channels of semiconductor quantum wells are shown to allow the effective cooling inside in the process of the spin-dependent transport, with the reduction of the electron-electron interaction. The aforesaid promotes also the creation of composite bosons and fermions by the capture of single magnetic flux quanta on the edge channels under the conditions of low sheet density of carriers, thus opening new opportunities for the registration of the quantum kinetic phenomena in weak magnetic fields at high-temperatures up to the room temperature. As a certain version noted above we present the first findings of the high temperature de Haas-van Alphen, 300 K, quantum Hall, 77 K, effects as well as quantum conductance staircase in the silicon sandwich structure that represents the ultra-narrow, 2 nm, p-type quantum well (Si-QW) confined by the delta barriers heavily doped with boron on the n-type Si (100) surface. | ||

The application of the systematic approach to the organization of safe information and education environment in higher educational institutions. Methodology. The study and scientific and technical analysis of literature on the problem under study, archival research, modelling, research and generalization of the effective experience of the application of the systematic approach in educational professional institutions. Findings. The creation of a safe informational environment in the educational professional organization is the necessary condition to provide comfortable professional training of prospective experts in the higher professional institutions. Originality. The notion of "safe information and education environment in the higher educational institution" is specified. It is understood as information and education environment supplemented with hardware tools, software and managerial tools, safety devices ensuring protection against the negative information and personal information security of all the participants of the educational process in order to create adequate development conditions for the realization of their individual abilities and possibilities. The treats, model, principles, subsystems and components of a safe information and education environment organization, providing an effective systematic approach as a foundation of the educational process in professional training of to-be specialists are defined. Practical value. Formulated regulations and practical recommendations for organization of safe information and education environment in higher educational institutions can be used in the educational process of higher education and in the system of advanced training (retraining) of educators. | ||

The study of safe information environment as an indicator and a factor of influence on the quality of management in the educational institution. Methodology. Theoretical techniques include theoretical and methodological, scientific and theoretical analysis of the literature on the problem under study, simulation, and forecasting. Empirical techniques are the study and generalization of pedagogical experience of systematic approach application in educational professional institutions, participant observation, questionnaires, and expert evaluation. Findings. Conceptual provisions of a safe information environment creation in the educational institution are formulated, their essence revealed, and presented in the form of management objectives. It is established that the implementation of the presented in the study approaches of effective management in educational institutions provides the necessary conditions for a comfortable professional training of future specialists in higher professional institutions. The course "Information security of educational institution" is developed. It aims at professional development in the field of information security of employees in educational institutions. Originality. The notion "safe information environment of the educational institution", considered as a dynamic indicator of the quality of educational institution management, is clarified. Perspective directions of innovative transformations in the system of educational institution management are defined. The main parameters of a safe information and educational environment are established in accordance with the objectives, results and management of pedagogical systems that ensure the effective application of the system approach as the basis for the design of a management system of the educational institution. Practical value. The obtained results allow improving the quality of the innovative development of the management system by the educational institution and thus raise the results of professional training of future specialists to a new level. | ||
